First, further standardize the Internet to publish the city's housing rental information. Internet trading platforms are not required to be included in the list of abnormal business operations or serious breaches of trust; those who fail to handle information cards or use other people's information cards according to regulations; and those enterprises and practitioners who are restricted by the departments of housing construction and market supervision to publish Housing leasing information according to law. At the same time, the Internet trading platform is required to fulfill its information audit and management responsibilities: house photos are in line with the actual situation; rent, Commission and other clearly marked prices; the same housing source should not be repeated by the same institution (including branches); the same housing source should be combined and displayed by multiple different institutions; the information of housing sources released from shelves for more than 30 days should not be released; and laws and regulations should not be issued to prohibit it from being released. Secondly, we should further standardize the subject of publishing housing rental information. It is clear that enterprises that publish housing rental information through Internet trading platform should register according to law and operate normally; information publishers hold information cards for practitioners; and they should compile housing status statement and keep relevant information for reference. Housing rental enterprises are required to timely input the information of housing rental contracts into the Beijing Housing Rental Supervision Platform. In the Internet trading platform, real estate brokers and housing rental enterprises display the real and legal identity of enterprises, practitioners, complaints acceptance telephone, complaints in this platform, the number of information released, credit records and contract demonstration text provided by administrative departments. Enterprises and practitioners who publish housing source information through Internet trading platform in violation of regulations shall suspend the publication of information for one to three months; those who publish housing rental source information more than three times in violation of regulations shall not publish housing source information through Internet trading platform in this city.
